and I have been teaching Lino Printing workshops and courses in Bristol for 14 years. In my classes and workshops I like to provide an relaxing and enjoyable environment, giving you the space to express yourselves without taking over and sharing my Lino Printing knowledge and helping you to realise your full creative potential in print
Lino Printing is Great
and I have been making and selling my prints for many years now. I just love how you can take a boring looking piece of grey Lino and with just a few cut marks you can create something beautiful.
Many students will come along with no printmaking experience at all, with many saying they are not artistic after been told they are rubbish at art or they can’t draw, but, with a little bit of encouragement and the space and time to practice they can and will produce really wonderful Lino Prints
Everyone is welcome to my classes and I provide an relaxing, enjoyable and safe environment, giving you the space to express yourself and develop your own unique style

Studio one day Lino Printing Sessions run from 10am to 2pm or 1pm to 5pm
Studio two day session will run from 10am to 2pm or 1pm to 5pm (sessions can run consecutively or a few days apart)
Sessions will run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Weekends

These sessions are tailored made just for you to work on your own project, and are aimed at those seasoned printmakers looking to solve a problem or to try a more advanced technique such as Reduction or Multiple Block Lino Printing.

This session is perfect for complete beginners wishing to learn this wonderful craft. Let me show you how to transform your ideas into print which you can then continue at home without any expensive equipment

Advanced Lino Printing
This is a two day session and is more suited for those with some Lino Printing experience wishing to learn about the Reduction or Multiple Block Lino Printing method. I will show you how to make these seemingly difficult methods easy peazy

Lino Printing on to Fabric
In this session I will show you how to print onto fabric with your very own designs which can then be printed onto clothing or a piece of fabric which can then be made into anything you like such as clothes, cushions and even lampshades

Lino Printing Classes and Workshops
I run regular weekly Lino Printing classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, as well as one and two day workshops at the Bristol Folk House which is situated in the centre of the city
Suitable for all levels and I can take up to 7 students
Weekly Classes run for 5 or 6 week blocks each term and Weekend One Day/Two day workshops run from 10am to 4pm each day
